Defective-on-arrival units reported within 14 days are repaired or replaced. Because the racks are large and heavy, we don't offer general 30-day returns — reach out before ordering if you're unsure about fit or specs and we'll help you choose.

Will my Samsung, Pixel, or Xiaomi devices fit?

Yes. Any USB-C phone running Android 10 or later fits the adjustable 140-180mm slot, which covers the vast majority of current Android phones.
