Is there a catch with the Free plan? +
No. Free runs unlimited devices with the full fleet console — video, touch, group/mirror, proxy, scheduling — with no time limit and no per-device fee. The only thing it holds back is the three automation modules (Workflows, Scripts, Jobs), which are Pro. You can run real production fleets on Free before deciding to automate.
Do I need your rack to use OraPilot? +
No. OraPilot works with any USB hub plus USB cables plus Android phones. Our OraBox racks are an option — they add managed per-port power, active cooling, and fast-charge negotiation, which matters for reliability at 20+ devices.
When does Lifetime make more sense than Annual? +
The $499 Lifetime plan breaks even versus $19/mo billing at month 27 (just over two years). If you expect to run OraPilot longer than that, Lifetime is the better deal. Most customers reach break-even earlier because they discontinue other tools they had been paying for.
Does lifetime mean lifetime? +
Yes. A one-time purchase, installable indefinitely, including every future update for the life of the product. The price you paid is locked in regardless of future price changes.
Can I change billing cadence after purchase? +
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Upgrading to Lifetime from any paid plan credits the amount you have already paid toward the lifetime price.
Which payment methods do you accept? +
Stripe handles credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. PayPal is available for one-time purchases. USDT / USDC are accepted for Lifetime orders. Email us if you need an invoice in a specific currency.
What is the refund policy? +
Monthly and annual Pro plans include a 15-day full refund from the initial purchase date — email [email protected] and we process it within one business day. Lifetime plans are final sale and non-refundable. OraBox hardware has no general return window — the racks are heavy and freight can't be undone — but any unit that arrives dead on arrival or fails in normal use is repaired or replaced at our cost.
